Start LeRobot Without a 3D Printer

The LeRobot build stalls at one step for a lot of builders: the official servo kit (about $200) does not include the 3D-printed frame parts — and printing them yourself means owning, calibrating, and running a printer for hours before you assemble anything. AI-DEN sells the printed parts as ready bundles, in stock and shipped from the US, so you can go straight from the servo kit to assembly and teleoperation.

How it works

1

Order the printed parts

Choose the bundle for your arm — Koch or SO-ARM100. In stock, shipped from the US.

2

Pair them with your servo kit

The motors and electronics kit you buy from the usual LeRobot suppliers — that’s the half the official kit covers.

3

Assemble and teleoperate

Follow the standard LeRobot assembly docs. The printing step is already done.

Questions, answered

What exactly is in the box?

Only the 3D-printed parts listed above. No motors, servos, boards, wires, or fasteners — those are in the separate servo kit.

Why not just buy the official kit?

You still can — but the official kit doesn’t include printed parts, so you’d still need a printer. Our bundles exist to remove exactly that step.

How fast is shipping?

Orders process in 1–3 business days; standard US delivery is 5–10 business days after processing. 30-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

Don’t own a printer, but need a different part printed?

That’s our Custom 3D Printing service — send the file, get a free printability check and a quote within 24 hours.

Will these fit the SO-ARM101?

We don’t claim that yet — email service@ai-den.co and we’ll give you a straight answer for your build rather than a guess.

Skip the printer. Start the build.
