At AI-DEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., 3D-printed custom parts) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom AI Posters are covered by the Likeness Promise on the AI Poster Studio page: if your poster doesn't look like your child, we redo it free or refund you. This promise applies instead of the exclusions above for AI Poster Studio orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, downloadable files, and educational courses (other than Custom AI Posters covered by the Likeness Promise above).
Items purchased on clearance or marked as "final sale."

Steps to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email us at service@ai-den.co or fill out the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for return.
Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to the provided address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement.
